Scheduled - Yesterday’s path maintenance triggered a bug in the current firmware used by our switches in Amsterdam. While we were able to restore connections, we’re now performing a firmware upgrade to help prevent similar issues in the future

Scheduled - Our upstream provider, Path, has scheduled infrastructure upgrades in their Amsterdam PoP aimed at improving overall performance, capacity, and long-term reliability.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent connectivity issues, increased latency, or periods of downtime affecting services routed through Amsterdam.

This is an upstream event outside of our direct control, but we will actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates if anything changes or if the maintenance window is extended.

We recommend planning for potential disruption during this period. Services should automatically recover once Path completes their work.
