We will be conducting a scheduled network upgrade, adding new routing equipment and condensing space in our cabinets to allow for new equipment to be racked.
On Tuesday at 08:00 AM local time we will begin the network upgrades, some customers will have machines powered down to be moved to other rack locations to allow for space for the upgrades.
We anticipate an outage of at least 3 hours for enterprise dedicated customers, and at least 5 hours for those on our budget / blade servers.
During the entire window customers may experience periodic network drops as teams work in / around the cabinets.
